Our 2026 theme is “Seeking Understanding through Civil Discourse”. The symposium is a two-day conversation centered on the core ideas that undergird society, offering participants the chance to build new friendships with students and faculty from other institutions. Advance readings will be provided to guide each discussion; participants will then gather in small groups with fellow students and faculty to explore the material together.
