DESCRIPTION:Presented by Bradley Medical Center \n\n\n\n\nZitong Wang \nBronze Medalist at the 19th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition\, pianist Zitong Wang has captivated audiences with her authenticity\, sensitivity\, and bravura. At the competition\, she also received the Krystian Zimerman Award for the Best Performance of a Sonata. Wang has performed at renowned venues including the Berlin Philharmonie\, Warsaw Philharmonic\, Shanghai Symphony Hall\, and National Centre for the Performing Arts\, and has appeared with major orchestras including The Philadelphia Orchestra and The Cleveland Orchestra. A graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music\, Wang is currently pursuing graduate studies at the New England Conservatory with pianist Dang Thai Son. She brings her remarkable artistry to Lee for a program celebrating the depth\, passion\, and expressive power of the piano. \nAll concerts will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for students\, seniors\, and children. Recipients of the 2020 Chamber Music America Cleveland Quartet Award and the Fischoff National Chamber Music Association’s 2025 Educator Award\, the ensemble has earned international acclaim for its bold interpretations\, expressive playing\, and imaginative programming. The Quartet serves as quartet-in-residence at Oberlin College and Conservatory and as artistic directors of the Lunenburg Academy of Music Performance.
